Can I ship my order to a UPS Store for pickup?

Yes, you can ship your order to a UPS Store for pickup, but there are a few important things to keep in mind:

1. Confirm with the UPS Store first

   Before submitting your equipment waiver, call the UPS Store location to confirm that they accept packages for customer pickup.

2. Additional pickup fees may apply

   Some UPS Store locations charge a pickup or holding fee. These fees are set by the store and are outside of our control.

3. How to enter the shipping address

   When entering your shipping information, we recommend using the following format:

   • Company: UPS Store
   • Name: UPS Store Name – Hold for Pickup (Full Name of Person Picking Up)
   • Address: UPS Store’s street address

4. Bring a valid ID

   You’ll likely need a valid photo ID to pick up your package. Make sure the name on the order matches the ID of the person who will be picking it up.
