What's the support team's response time?
You'll hear from our team within 1-2 business days if you reach out to our support team via email prior to your event date. If it's your event week, we will respond within 1 business day.
For event day assistance, please reach out to us either via
- The beacon icon on our website with subject including event date and start time (i.e. Event: 12/1 at 11a ET), OR
- By calling our support team (704.966.7268, option 1) and leaving a message
Someone will respond as soon as possible prior to your event start time. If the event is happening now, we will respond asap.
Please note: None of our other lines or personal emails are checked after hours/on the weekend. If you reach out to any of these lines/emails, you will not receive support until our team is back in the office during normal working hours.
