What happens if I don’t complete the design questionnaire?

If we do not receive your completed design questionnaire, we won’t be able to create a custom graphic for your event. In this case, we will provide our basic default graphic, which includes a simple, event-neutral design.

Please note, the deadline to submit your design questionnaire is the Sunday prior to your event. After that, we will do our best to accommodate your request but can't guarantee any edits. We can not make design edits on event day.
