My printer isn’t printing – what should I do?

Please follow these steps:


  1. Turn off both the iPad and the printer.
    1. To turn off the iPad, hold the top button and top volume button at the same time. A toggle to swipe and power off should appear.
  2. Turn on the iPad and stay connected to the internet/cellular
  3. Force quit the Booth app and reopen it.
    1. Force quit the app by swiping from the middle of the bottom screen and swiping the app up and away.
  4. Turn on the printer.
  5. On the iPad, go to Settings > WiFi, tap the i next to the CP1500 network, and select Forget Network.
  6. Reconnect to the CP1500 network by entering the password LOVE1111.
  7. Open the Booth app and remove the printer.
  8. Add the printer back.
  9. Run a test print. We suggest running 3 tests.
