You should have the "refresh" instructions in your inbox but just in case, here they are again so its handy:

Please note, if you rented a printer, you will need to follow these steps before turning on and connecting the printer.

Open then Booth.Events App
Fully close out of the app by swiping up to show all the open apps and then swiping up on the Booth.Events app to close
Reopen the Booth.Events App and take a test photo. You should see the new photo border after taking the photo(s).
If this doesn’t work, turn the iPad off fully (hold the top button and up volume button, swipe to turn off). Turn on and re-open app. Run another test photo to confirm the new border is live.
