We test all the equipment before it leaves our office. If you see only one photo and it's not from your event, that's from us 🙂


If your event is complete, and you still only see one photo you need to disconnect from the printer and confirm you are connected to the internet. Then follow our post-event instructions.


Already shipped back? We will handle this last step for you when the kit arrives back in our office.
