My texts are queued, how can I push them out?
If you have no internet connection, the texts and emails will queue until internet connection is available. Our printers and iPads connect via a direct connection so the texts will also not push until after the printer is disconnected from the printer.
Here are the steps to push it live:
- Turn on the iPad.
- Connect to the internet (either via the built-in cellular connection or by connecting your venue/home WiFi).
- Open the Booth app.
- Hold 2 fingers on the screen and a black menu will pop up.
- Leave the app open until it says “0 Uploads Pending.”
