When do I need to return it by?

You’ll return your equipment on the next shipping day after your event, unless you’ve added extra rental days. Your specific return date is listed in all emails from our support team — please refer to those for confirmation.

Examples:

  • Tuesday event → Return on Wednesday
  • Friday event → Return on Saturday
  • Saturday event → Return on Monday

Important Reminders:

  • You must drop off your return by 5 p.m. local time to ensure the tracking number is activated on your scheduled return date.
  • If your tracking number is not activated on the correct date, a $75/day late fee will apply until it is.


Heads up: The date on your return label is when the package is expected to arrive back to us — not the day you should drop it off.
