Where do I put my return label?

Once everything is packed in the box, place the prepaid return label (addressed to Samie Roberts at LoveStream) on top of the label that shows your name. The old label should be completely covered.

Please refer to the return label to confirm whether your carrier is FedEx or UPS.

Once packed, drop the box at a FedEx or UPS store (not a drop point) by 5 p.m. local time on your return date to ensure an on-time return.
