Where do I put my return label?

Once everything is packed in the box, place the prepaid return label (addressed to LoveStream) on top of the label that shows your name. The old label should be completely covered.

All returns are UPS (not postal service or FedEx). Please do not return to another carrier.

Once packed, drop the box at a UPS store (not a drop point like Michael's or Staples) by 5 p.m. local time on your return date to ensure an on-time return.

⚠️ Returns dropped off late may result in a $75/day late fee.
