Can I set it up early?
Yes! As soon as the equipment arrives on your doorstep, you can set it up. In fact, we recommend that! It gives you a chance to get used to the equipment and see if you have any questions.
Between sessions, you will need to fully power off the tablet (and printer if rented). Make sure to follow the instructions exactly (no skipping steps!). If you have questions, or it takes more than 10 minutes to setup, reach out!
