How do I ship back?

First, re-pack everything in the same box you received the equipment in. You can use the pack list inside your box to ensure everything is accounted for.

You must use the same box to ensure the correct size and avoid overage charges.

Once packed, place the prepaid return label (addressed to Samie Roberts at LoveStream) on top of the label that shows your name. The old label should be completely covered.

✅ Please refer to your label to confirm whether your return should go to FedEx or UPS.

Email us using the pink icon on the right side of your screen with the subject line "Missing Return Label" and our team will resend it to you.

Drop-Off Instructions

• If your label is for FedEx or UPS, drop the box at an official location (not a drop point) by 5 p.m. local time on your return date.

  
  

⚠️ Drop points (like drop boxes, Walgreens, or Family Dollar) often do not have daily pickups. If you're unsure whether your location qualifies, email us and we’ll confirm.

Scheduled Pickup?

If you selected pickup on your equipment waiver, place the box at the arranged pickup location between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. local time.
