What's next after purchase?

Within one business day, you'll receive an email from lovestreamsupport@bustld.com with next steps. This will include:


  • Event date and return date confirmation


  • A link to the design questionnaire.

    • This is where you will share your event name, customization for the custom photo border and customization for your photo booth experience.
    • Make sure to complete this at least one week prior to your event or you will receive our basic photo border.
    • You'll receive a proof for approval 1.5-2 weeks prior to your event (or within a few days if your event date is under 2 weeks).
    • Please note, we can not make edits to your photo border after the deadline or on event date.

  • A link to the equipment waiver.

    • This is where you will share where to ship your photo booth rental.
    • There is a $1 fee associated with the waiver in lieu of a hefty security deposit. This card will be used if the equipment is delivered late or equipment is broken/not returned.
    • Make sure to complete this at least one week prior to your event to ensure on-time delivery (or as soon as possible if your date is under 1 week) without a rush fee.
